My stay at the resort was quite mixed. The staff at the front office were warm and welcoming, making me feel valued, but the overall service from other areas was lacking. I enjoyed the spacious room with a stunning beach view, though the dining experience left something to be desired due to inconsistencies in food quality. While there were some fantastic amenities like a good pool area, the emphasis on rules and protocols created a rather uncomfortable environment.
